MODERN THEATRE – BOSTON, MA
Comprehensive renovation of a historic theater, transforming it into a modern performance venue accompanied by a new 10-story, 197-unit dormitory. Provided complete M/E/P/FP design services, including Whalen mechanical units for the residential floors and rooftop units (RTUs) serving the theater and corridor spaces. The project achieved LEED Gold certification, reflecting a strong commitment to sustainability and energy-efficient design.
