ARTISTS FOR HUMANITY EPICENTER — SOUTH BOSTON, MA

Provided full Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing design services for the 22,500 SF headquarters and studio facility for the non-profit organization Artists for Humanity. The building includes specialized spaces for painting, photography, silkscreen, and sculpture programs, each designed to support the unique environmental and utility requirements of the arts.

The project achieved LEED Platinum certification, the highest level of sustainability recognition. A rooftop photovoltaic array generates 100% of the facility’s electrical demand, allowing the building to operate as a net-zero energy environment.
