Historic adaptive-reuse project transforming an existing 8-story building into 80 modern residences across seven upper floors, with ground-floor commercial space. Serving as the M/E/P/FP engineer, the design includes a high-rise smoke control system, a dedicated emergency generator, a fire pump, and a bus-duct electrical distribution system to support the building’s upgraded infrastructure. The project preserves the character of the historic structure while delivering contemporary building systems and life-safety performance.
